This is my third 3D scan asset
It went from millions of polygons to 100000 polygons in decimation and it went to under 1000 by baking it on a lower res.
I baked normal, diffuse maps and height maps in Substance Designer
Always more to learn
download should be free on sketchfab as usual!
I intend to make a simple tutorial on my pg workflow soon and explain most of the alternative software etc.
